Busted outside pipe.

This bathroom was affected by outside water, due to a busted outside pipe.  A pipe busted outside and flooded the yard of the homeowner. The water flooded the yard then filled the basement of this residents home, flooding the finished basement area. The first picture you see is dirty water from outside that caused a mess in the finished basement. The second picture is after the clean up was completed.  SERVPRO professionals arrived on scene and sucked up the water and mud and cleaned the area, then installed equipment for area to dry down. Dry wall had to be cut out as well, because of wetness.
